Prices are for the guesthouse, NOT per person, and include breakfasts, welcoming bottle of champagne, free drinks, free inter-net /Wi-Fi, telephone and laundry. They also include 14% VAT and a further 1% Franschhoek Tourism.

Pricing Policy

We have not put up our prices for two years – an effective price cut of 15%. In these difficult economic times one has two choices – cut prices further – or maintain the highest possible quality*. We have chosen the latter course so that you might enjoy, now and in the future, the Akademie Street Boutique Hotel and Guest House experience at its best.

*Staff ratio of one staff to one guest, for instance.

Cancellation and Curtailment Charges

Any cancellation will require an administration fee of R200-00. If a cancellation occurs within one month prior to arrival the full amount for the booked period will be levied.
